Valzaroten bivouac, from Cané

Access
From the Tonale Pass and Ponte di Legno, go down to Temu and up to Canè. You park at the beginning of the hamlet, but if it is early you can try to go further on (possible toll).
Introduction
The landscape in this area of the Alta Val Camonica is one of the most beautiful in the area!
.Description
From 1460 m, a splendid paved road climbs up the beautiful valley (up to Cortebona 1766 m there may be a few cars passing through...). At higher altitude, the scenery is even more interesting... Beyond a bridge, you turn right and the climb is demanding until you reach the Valzaroten bivouac at 2214 m. If you wish, higher up, about 1h15 away, there are some small lakes... The return journey is along the same route as the outward journey.
All in all: very good weather descent 750 m Dif. E 12.5 km for about 4h15 Tot. + all the breaks to see the various places you come across Average comfort: fair 3
